Current Vacancies:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Coordinator to join our growing team.
As our Coordinator your day-to-day will involve:

  • Primary responsibility is overall staff coordination, acting as the single point of contact to the customer for coordinating service delivery.
  • Manage appointments for the technical team to coordinate project and Help Desk work.
  • Triage new service requests, ensuring tasks are correctly prioritised.
  • Collaborate with clients, technical staff and management.
  • Ensure appropriate team members are assigned to tasks, they have the information needed and the correct amount of time allocated.
  • Coordinate rescheduling as needed.

Our ideal team member will have:

  • Prior experience in a administrative role where multi tasking and customer service have been key responsibilities.
  • The ability to play close attention to details while performing complex tasks.
  • The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and customer service awareness.
  • A high degree of independence and self-motivation with the need for little supervision.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our growing team.
Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Field incoming help requests from end users via telephone, email, or help desk portal in a courteous manner.

  • Document end user identification information.
  • Provide onsite and remote support to end-users for mobile, desktop and networking issues.
  • Respond to assigned tickets/tasks in accordance with SLA guidelines.
  • Apply diagnostic utilities and best practice methodology to aid in troubleshooting.
  • Update technical support documentation when required
  • Take ownership of tasks and follow through to ensure complete resolution
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
  • Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.

Travel Requirements:
Most of our clients are in located within the Central West region, however occasionally you may be required to support clients further afield.

Education and/or Experience requirements:

  • You must have the right to work in Australia.
  • You must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience: 1+ years experience in providing IT support at an MSP or similar IT organization.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory, MS Exchange and DNS.
  • Experience with networking.
  • Experience with routers and switches.
  • Experience with Terminal Services.
  • Ability to play close attention to details while performing the required technically detailed tasks.

Responsibilities may occasionally require an adjusted work schedule and/or evening/weekend hours in order to satisfy customer needs and position requirements.
