Colton Computers offers two types of website hosting, depending on your hosting requirements:

Managed DNS
This plan is for organisations who want to manage their own site, or choose to use a platform other than WordPress.

Managed Hosting
Technically speaking, we’ll host your site, manage your DNS and WordPress platform (excluding content, page layouts and builds) for you.

More simply we take the stress out of making sure your site is secure, and everything behind the scenes is kept up to date. We’ll install all the updates and patches that WordPress issues, and keep everything running as you’d expect.

Managed DNS $16/month

This plan is for organisations who want to manage their own site, or choose to use a platform other than WordPress.

Includes:

  • Standard domain registration for 1 domain ( premium domains extra) .super etc

  • DNS hosting on our redundant DNS cluster (Australia and US name servers)

  • All DNS record changes and updates covered. Servers backed up daily and records can be recovered for up to 90 days

  • Self service portal available or we can do it for you
  • Assistance with SPF and DKIM records available

  • CCT will assist with website redirects, CNAME, A records and MX records. Along with txt and other identity records

Add ons:

  • Additional domain name (each) $5/mth

Service is month to month but domain names must be paid up to their next renewal.

Managed Hosting $48/month

Technically speaking, we’ll host your site, manage your DNS and WordPress platform (excluding content, page layouts and builds) for you.

More simply we take the stress out of making sure your site is secure, and everything behind the scenes is kept up to date. We’ll install all the updates and patches that WordPress issues, and keep everything running as you’d expect.

What’s included:

  • Standard Domain Name registration
  • Up to 5GB of storage
  • Monthly WordPress patch and update management (including backup)
  • cPanel management, including CNAME redirects
  • SSL certificate
  • 24/7 Site Monitoring
  • Australian based servers
  • Daily back-up of your site
  • Local Australian support (7am-7pm Mon-Fri & Sat Mornings)

Add ons:

  • Additional domain name (each) $5/mth
  • Additional 10GB Storage $5/mth

What’s not included

  • We don’t update content or page layouts on your site

  • If you incorrectly install or activate a plug-in which means we can’t update it. i.e. a plug-in that needs to be paid for, but hasn’t been activated correctly
