However, they will be able to escalate any requests to our staff for resolution, and we can provide full coverage for vacation and sick time. In an effort to set expectations for appropriate response times, we work with you to define service level targets for your IT staff.
Tickets can be automatically escalated to Colton Computers in the event your staff cannot meet the defined expectations. Our ticketing system and other integrated tools will enable your IT staff to communicate more effectively on service requests and provide a repository for network documentation.
