No matter how fantastic your managed IT provider is (Colton team, take a bow), things can still go wrong. So, what do you do when you get the blue screen of death, you can’t log in, or your computer is moving slower than a snail chasing a three-toed sloth?
Well, first, we suggest that you try these trouble-shooting techniques:
Swapping cables (Ethernet, Monitor, Power, Speaker, USB etc…)
Trying a different port or outlet (Ethernet wall outlet, GPO, USB port etc…)
Unplug and replug cables
Swapping hardware (Headsets, Camera, USB Drive etc…)
Try a different PC or a different logon on the same PC
Try connecting via mobile hotspot or to different WiFi
Turning Bluetooth and/or WiFi off and back on again
